St. Patricks Day Dinner at Helen and Carol's March 17, 2023

Dinner at Helen Lang and Carole Maso's, Germantown, NY

Helen and Carole invited us over for a St. Patricks day dinner. We had Rudebaga soup, and the a delicious Corned Beef and Cabbage dinner. We brought Ina Gartner's Guinness Brown Breas, which Cathy made (not Ina) and a Meyer Lemon Pudding Cake witch Cathy also made. (I helped with both). Helen sent us home with some of the dinner to make Corned Beef Hash, but there was so much food in the container we decided to just have a repeat Corned Beef dinner.  Left to Right - Catherine Murphy, Helern Lang, Carole Maso.
